The Tholos Foundation is proud to have commissioned a poll by internationally renown polling firm IPSOS showing the potential consequences of a low nicotine limit for pouches proposed by the Danish Government.

This research clearly shows that the proposed nicotine limit in Denmark can cause an explosion of the black market as the vast majority of consumers do not support the low nicotine limit proposed by the government.
